The Great Reprise

Dear Friends,

Today Stillhouse (the ever patient building block/side-project of Chatham County Line) releases their second album The Great Reprise. It was well over ten years ago that Chandler Holt stumbled into a house party at the infamous Blue House and heard Stillhouse for the first time. Before long it was Dave, Greg, John & Chandler playing Dave's songs on the front porch when the sun got low in the sky. All these years later, the members of Stillhouse have rekindled that old fire and set a backbeat to 10 songs that Dave had squirreled away over the years. The album is rich with Pedal Steel, Piano, Guitars, Drums and a voice that you know well.

The record is available locally in the Triangle at Schoolkids in Raleigh, CD Alley in Chapel Hill, and in Durham at both Offbeat & Bull City Records. If you would like to order the Vinyl/CD package, you can easily do it through CD Baby.

Digitally, the album is available through iTunes, Amazon, & CD Baby. If you buy the album online, please feel free to write a few words to let people know what you think.

The boys will be on the road for a limited amount of shows as their schedules allow. This week finds them in Raleigh, Charlotte, and Carrboro. Stillhouse thanks you for your support.

Cheers,

-Dave, Jay, Zeke & Greg.

The Great Reprise:

". . .a super-sharp collection of 10 twang-pop songs, splitting the hooks between pedal steel, rolling piano and jingle-jangle guitars. You'll be humming them afterward guaranteed."

- David Menconi / Raleigh N&O

"Wilson's warm, rich vocals are the centerpiece, especially on elegiac tracks such as Say Goodbye and To The Light"

-Peter Blackstock / Indy Week
