Wow, that was a whirlwind at the end of that tour there. . . CCL played 2 shows 1,200 miles and 17 hours apart. Thank you Wright Brothers for inventing the Airplane.

We are home and resting and having a baby but look for us in Durham in early September!

It is the last day of July and man it is hot here in central California. Especially when you are running down the highway in denim. We get a little relief heading to Berkeley today to share the stage with our old pal Tift Merritt at Freight & Salvage. Very few tickets left - See you there!

Headed up to Sugar Grove today for the Doc & Rosa Lee Watson Music Fest - looking forward to it, as we are hosting the "Jam" that follows. . . if we run out of songs, John has promised to sing "Highway to the Danger Zone" in 3/4 time.

Next Friday finds us in Asheville at the Downtown After 5 music series with Hayes Carll - should be a great night so see you then!
